These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of The Agent System, operated by Brandon Achaibar in Ontario, Canada. By purchasing, creating an account or using the program, you agree to these terms.

1. The Program

The Agent System is an online real estate education program that may include recorded lessons, demonstrations, templates, downloads, coaching calls, community access and future content updates. Program details may be improved or reorganized over time.

2. Educational Purpose

The program shares practical systems, business experience and general education. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, employment, regulatory or brokerage advice. You remain responsible for confirming that your actions comply with your brokerage policies, local laws, regulations and professional obligations.

3. Enrollment and Account Access

Your enrollment and account are for your individual use only. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share, sell or transfer your account.

4. Lifetime Course Access

Enrollment includes access to the course library and included updates for as long as The Agent System continues to operate and the relevant content remains available. “Lifetime access” refers to the operating lifetime of the program, not the lifetime of an individual student. Access may change where required by law, security, technology, platform availability or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

5. Coaching Calls

Enrollment includes six private coaching calls. The calls do not expire and may be booked through the student dashboard whenever they will be most useful. Calls cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or refunded.

Calls are booked through the members-only Cal.com link and remain subject to available appointment times. Reasonable notice is required to reschedule. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may be counted as used calls.

6. Community Access

Community access is intended for professional discussion, questions and networking. Members must communicate respectfully and may not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, confidential or promotional material that disrupts the community. Access may be removed for conduct that harms members or the program.

7. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of the program and the immediate access provided to course content, systems, templates, downloads and coaching benefits, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please review the program description and free introductory module before purchasing.

8. Payments

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to provide current and accurate billing information and remain responsible for applicable taxes, fees or charges shown at checkout.

9. Intellectual Property

All course videos, written materials, templates, systems, downloads, branding and other program content are owned by or licensed to The Agent System and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the materials in your own real estate business. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, upload, teach from, sublicense or share the materials with another person, team, brokerage, course or online platform without written permission.

10. No Guaranteed Results

Examples and past results are provided for context only. We do not guarantee income, transactions, leads, clients, reviews, business growth or any specific result. Your results depend on factors including your effort, experience, market, brokerage, decisions and compliance obligations.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is account sharing, payment fraud, misuse of materials, unlawful activity, a security risk or a serious violation of these terms. Termination for a violation does not create a right to a refund.

12. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, third-party services, internet interruptions and events beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect access.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Agent System and Brandon Achaibar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the program. Any total liability relating to the program will not exceed the amount you paid for your enrollment.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Ontario, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the program, services or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on the website with its updated date. Material changes will apply prospectively where required.
