The Agent System is operated by Brandon Achaibar in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit the website, purchase or use the program, book coaching calls or participate in related services.

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, account details, purchase and enrollment information, course activity, coaching appointments, community participation, messages, support requests and technical information such as device, browser, IP address and website activity.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store complete payment-card details.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, process enrollment, provide course content and services, send account communications, provide support, improve the program, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and send promotional communications where the required consent has been provided.
You may unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time. Necessary account, purchase and security messages may still be sent.
Service Providers
We use service providers including Stripe, Supabase, Microsoft 365, Cal.com, WhatsApp, website hosting and analytics providers. Information may be processed outside Canada and may be subject to another jurisdiction’s laws.
Cookies and Analytics
The website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential features, preferences, usage analytics and performance. Where required, visitors will receive appropriate information and choices for non-essential tracking.
Sharing and Retention
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with providers when necessary to operate the program, process payments, provide support, protect the service or comply with legal obligations. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
